A functional yet challenging Pilates class where we will work your full body. You can expect to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, mobility all whilst moving in a low impactful way. You can also expect a few burning muscles, long stretches and a lot of laughter. Modification and progressions are always available so all ages, abilities and genders are welcome.
