I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years now, I was previously a speed and conditioning coach for a local Junior Rugby team, training them  for over two years and helped them improve there overall fitness levels. After doin seeing great results training a team I decided to work at a local gym as a personal trainer and found the enjoyment of helping people achieve there goals. However I found that alot of people felt uncomfortable training in a busy public environment, This led me to open up fitness MATTers studio a private and fully equipped studio that I have been running for nearly a year now


I always strive to be the best at what I do and regularly attend sports seminars and undertake training courses to improve my knowledge and ability.
