About me

My own background in sport is as a runner.

I first started running over three years ago when i went out for a run with a friend. This was when I got the running bug and have since completed several halfs and full marathons, this helped give me the drive and desire to want to help other people achieve there goals.


I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years now, training clients of all ages and abilities. From beginners who want to be educated in training techinuques and benifits, to experienced trainers who have reached a plateau and want some new ideas. I have also dealt with clients suffering from various injuries who need some form of rehabilitation. 


I am also a coach for a local Junior Rugby team, training them in speed and conditioning for over a year now.


I always strive to be the best at what I do and regularly attend sports seminars and undertake training courses to improve my knowledge and ability. 


I am a firm believer in fitness being a way of life as it results in you feeling happier, healthier and more energetic.
